- Precision needle tip tweezers

Use tweezers to remove circles from chocolate when set.

Textured Parchment Circles can be reused approximately 10 times or more. Chill used circles and flick off any remaining chocolate. Store flat inside binder pockets when not in use. Parchment Texture Circles are perfect for chocolate coated cake pucks, chocolate topped macarons or raw macaron batter, chocolate covered sandwich cookies, along with other treats. Textures can also be used with royal icing, marshmallows, meringues, caramel, isomalt, fudge, candy bark and so much more.
