Privacy

We do not store your information or use it for any purpose other than filling your orders. You will not be signed up for any emails automatically simply by shopping. You have to explicitly sign up and request emails. Your personal information will never be shared with third parties. Your payment processor will obviously need your information, but none of that is stored or used by Intricut Edibles. Unless we are legally obligated to use your personal info, we will not use it other than sending our newsletters to those who have signed up for it themselves.

Shipping

Please check processing and shipping estimates on each item before ordering. The time it takes to create and ship items can vary. We ship packages Monday through Friday except on federal holidays. Exceptions or shop closures will be noted on our Instagram page at https://www.instagram.com/intricutedibles/.

It’s the buyer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. We are unable to verify international addresses through the US postal system, so please double-check that the shipping address you have entered is correct. All shipments are sent to the address that the customer entered.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE US CAN TAKE UP TO TWO MONTHS TO ARRIVE ONCE THEY’RE SHIPPED, DEPENDING ON THE COUNTRY AND METHOD OF DELIVERY YOU CHOOSE. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER DELIVERY TIMES! If you’d like to upgrade your shipping to a faster method please consider this before placing the order.

Packages that are returned to us by the post office for any reason other than the wrong amount of postage will be refunded minus the shipping cost and the transaction will be cancelled. We will contact you to let you know so that you can repurchase with a corrected mailing address if that was the issue.

In stock items can usually be shipped the first business day after the order is received, and sometimes on the same day if the order is placed before 9am MDT.

Custom orders will be shipped as quoted on an individual basis and as our schedule allows.

Refunds and Exchanges

We pack everything carefully to ensure safe shipping, but the possibility of damage does exist. Please check the package when it arrives and notify us about any damage within 48 hours of receiving the order.

If you do receive a package and there is a lot of damage (which is unlikely, but it can happen) please let us know and we’ll work with you to either ship more, or give instructions to help you with repairs.

If you want to return an order due to a problem with the items, you will need to let us know within 48 hours of receiving it, and you’ll need to pay for the return postage. If the items are returned in original condition we can refund your payment minus the cost of postage. If the items are returned with damage from misuse on your end, no refunds will be issued.

The customer is responsible for return postage on all returns.

Please take post office shipping time estimates into account. The USPS doesn’t guarantee delivery dates, and while we ship everything as quickly as we can, we have no control over the date that a package will arrive. Once a package is marked as delivered by the post office we have very little control over the information we can get from them. If you have a problem with a delivery please check with your local post office since they’ll have the most updated information.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All import taxes involved with foreign orders are the buyer’s responsibility. Any delays due to customs are totally out of our control, so be aware that your package might end up taking longer to deliver if it has to go through customs and plan accordingly.
